Who is Fabio
Born on 31 August 1996 in Gorinchem, the Netherlands, Fabio Jakobsen is one of the most explosive finishers in the professional peloton. He came through the SEG Racing Academy before turning professional in 2018 with Quick-Step Floors, where his blistering top-end speed marked him out as a future star of the sprints from day one.
2022 was the year it all came together: the European Road Race Championship title, a stage win at the Tour de France, and victory at Kuurne–Brussel–Kuurne. In August 2026, Jakobsen made the move to Team Visma | Lease a Bike, joining one of the most dominant teams in the sport to chase new victories in yellow and black.
